By downloading or using Clear + Open, you agree to these terms.

A guided reflection and personal wellness app. It does not provide medical, psychological, or emergency services, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

You keep ownership of the reflections you write. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for how you use the app.

Don't misuse the app: no reverse engineering, no reselling access, no interfering with the service or other people's use of it.

Connect is free, with unlimited access. Membership provides access to Clear + Open, Focus, Unwind, and Perfect Day. Eligible new subscriptions include an Apple-managed 7-day introductory trial. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple.

After the trial, your selected subscription is billed at $9.99/month or $49.99/year. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. To avoid a paid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current subscription period ends in your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings. Apple manages billing and cancellation; purchases are also governed by Apple's terms. The App Store confirmation shows the applicable offer, price, and billing details before you subscribe.

Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an existing App Store purchase. Your Journal stays available without membership.

The app, its guided content, audio, and branding are owned by Clear + Open and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clear + Open is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make following a session.

We may update these terms or the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
